# Institutional integrations

> Connect Care, Cover, Claims and audit through governed contracts.

Heyrafiki gives Insurers, health Organizations and public health systems a governed contract across Practitioner networks, Care delivery, Benefits and Payments.

## Integration boundaries

| Governance         | Organization-scoped credentials, least-privilege scopes, signed Webhooks, request IDs and audit evidence   |

External authorities keep ownership of their decisions. A regulator owns professional status. A payer owns Benefit and adjudication decisions. Heyrafiki records the authorized exchange, normalized state and evidence needed to operate the workflow.

## Available contract

The sandbox provides:

* Practitioner discovery and recurring availability;
* tenant-scoped Bookings and Sessions;
* Benefit eligibility and pre-authorization;
* project-scoped Claim submission, review and adjudication;
* remittance allocation and reconciliation;
* signed Webhook endpoint management;
* read-only MCP tools over the same resources.

Use separate projects and keys for each environment. Sandbox data is synthetic.

## Insurers and payers

Check eligibility before committing Cover. Where authorization is required, bind the eligibility decision to a covered Booking. Submit Claims from delivered Care, record line decisions, then allocate remittance against the approved amount.

Clinical Notes, message content and unrelated identity data are outside the payer contract.

## Health Organizations

Use Practitioner, availability, Booking and Session resources to coordinate Care. Organization access remains purpose-bound and does not expose an individual's Diagnosis or private Care activity.

## Regulators and public systems

National and regulator integrations follow the authority's active identity, Consent, terminology and exchange profiles. Heyrafiki does not replace the source authority or turn a sandbox connection into an endorsement.

## Research

Research access is protocol-bound and separate from product analytics. Approved work uses the minimum permitted data, de-identification or aggregation, controlled exports and reproducible dataset lineage.
